Annington, the company responsible for refurbishing ex-MOD homes at Lamborough Fields in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, has recently supported the local South Central Ambulance Service with a donation, enabling the station to purchase training equipment for its repurposed Simulation Suite.
Oxford City Resource Centre on Churchill Drive works as part of the South Central Ambulance Service, covering Oxford and the surrounding areas including Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Hampshire. A bustling hub for both long-term staff, newly graduated paramedics and students from nearby Oxford Brookes University, Annington’s donation of nearly £400 allowed the service to buy a Simulation Cricothyrotomy Trainer to help the paramedics practice vital lifesaving techniques.
