REFURBISHED FAMILY HOMES LAUNCH IN WATTON AMIDST BUSY HOUSING MARKET

The property market has experienced a renewed burst of energy this summer, following the first Bank of England rate cut in four years. Data from Rightmove reveals that the number of buyers contacting estate agents for homes for sale has increased by 19% compared to August 2023. The local market in Watton, Norfolk, has experienced a similar revival according to estate agent Abbotts Countrywide, who is selling 15 refurbished homes by Annington at The Oaks on Tedder Close.

Formerly used to house serving RAF personnel, these homes have been revived by Annington and repurposed for sale on the open market. The first five three-bedroom homes will be available to buy from the 27th September.

Hannah Grist, Assistant Branch Manager at appointed selling agent Abbotts Countrywide, comments: “This August has been our busiest summer month in recent years.
