First time buyers Nancy Pellatt and Zach Pierce were up for a challenge when it came to getting on the property ladder, after spending hours scouring Zoopla and Rightmove for their first home. When Nancy and Zach were ready to give up renting in Plymouth city centre, they knew that their search would take them to the outer suburbs to be closer to family. After a year of little success hunting for their dream home project, with the added pressure of their landlord deciding to sell up, the timing could not have been more perfect for the launch of our homes in Plympton.
“We initially searched for a fixer upper, so we were prepared to roll up our sleeves and get stuck in with a project!” says Nancy. You can imagine their surprise when they found out we’d already refurbished the property before going to market, making the move much easier for Nancy and Zach. “It’s worked out perfectly for us as, all the hard work has already been done, leaving us to have all the fun making it our own!” Nancy adds.
